Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be communicated via email to reservation@leddhotels.com. We do not accept cancellations through WhatsApp, Facebook, messages, or phone calls. The refund process begins upon receipt of the cancellation email and refunds are typically processed within two weeks.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
- Cancellations must be made in writing and charges apply from the date of receipt of your cancellation request.
- Refunds for cash payments are issued by cheque or bank transfer, while online bookings may take up to 45 working days to process.
- Credit/debit card or PayPal cancellations are subject to an additional fee of 5%-13%.
- A fixed cancellation fee of ₹500 applies.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
- 15 to 10 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
- 09 to 04 days prior to arrival: 15% of the tour/service cost
- No refund for cancellations made 03 to 00 days prior to arrival or once the tour/service has started.
Special Cases
- Strike: In case of a labor or owner strike preventing the booking, rescheduling to an available date or a full refund is provided.
- Natural Calamities: Rescheduling is allowed for natural calamities, excluding peak season. Refunds are provided, with up to 90% of the advance amount refunded, subject to bank charges. Cancellations must be communicated via email at least 3 days prior to check-in.
- CORONA/COVID-19 Positive: Rescheduling or cancellation is allowed with proof of COVID-19 positive test results and a valid government ID. Refunds are processed within 20 working days.
Amendments to Reservations
- Reservation amendments are allowed with prior notice of at least 10 days before check-in. No amendments are possible within 0-6 days before check-in.
- For day cruise houseboats, the number of people can be increased up to the boat's maximum capacity with additional charges.
- Amendments depend on rate and availability. If the same houseboat or rate is unavailable, a new booking is recommended.
- No amendments or reschedules are allowed once a reservation is rescheduled. There will be No Amendment or Reschedules for the bookings once Rescheduled [The full advance amount will be considered as Cancelation fees (No Refund)] No Cancellation refunds or Amendment for the bookings – Navaratri Days [Pooja Holidays] Bookings, Diwali Days Bookings & 20th December to 10th January Bookings
