Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be communicated via email to reservation@leddhotels.com. We do not accept cancellations through WhatsApp, Facebook, messages, or phone calls. The refund process begins upon receipt of the cancellation email and refunds are typically processed within two weeks.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 15 to 10 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
  • 09 to 04 days prior to arrival: 15% of the tour/service cost
  • No refund for cancellations made 03 to 00 days prior to arrival or once the tour/service has started.

Special Cases

  • Strike: In case of a labor or owner strike preventing the booking, rescheduling to an available date or a full refund is provided.
  • Natural Calamities: Rescheduling is allowed for natural calamities, excluding peak season. Refunds are provided, with up to 90% of the advance amount refunded, subject to bank charges. Cancellations must be communicated via email at least 3 days prior to check-in.
  • CORONA/COVID-19 Positive: Rescheduling or cancellation is allowed with proof of COVID-19 positive test results and a valid government ID. Refunds are processed within 20 working days.
