Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is at 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 9:00 AM the next day.
Exclusive Use: The houseboat is for your use only and will not be shared with others.
Staff: A captain and a cook will be on board with you.
Meals: Your meal plan starts with lunch and ends with breakfast. It includes typical Kerala cuisine. If you want a different type of cuisine, please let us know at least 5 days in advance.
Night Stay: The houseboat will stop at 5:30 PM for the night and start cruising again at 8:00 AM. Cruising is not allowed in the evening or late at night.
Air Conditioning: You can use the A/C anytime on PREMIUM and LUXURY houseboats.
Facilities: The houseboat has limited facilities and resources. Please do not compare it with hotels or homes.
Safety: Swimming in the backwaters is strictly prohibited.
Noise: Please avoid making noise at night to not disturb the villagers.
Service Hours: Food and beverage service ends at 10:30 PM.
Night Restrictions: Guests are not allowed to stay or sleep outside the rooms after 10:30 PM.
Lunch Break: The boat will stop for one hour during lunch.
Cruising Distance: The boat will cover about 20-30 kilometers. The captain will decide the night halt location based on the weather and climate.
