Your onboard chef prepares every meal in the houseboat kitchen. The ultra luxury non-veg menu includes Karimeen (pearl spot) fry, chicken curry or fry, prawns (subject to availability), sambar, mezhukkupuratti and payasam.
The veg menu features paneer masala, Gobi 65 and Kerala-style vegetables. Breakfast is appam with veg stew or egg curry, puttu kadala or puri masala.
